I recommend a minimum of four sessions. Most people see a significant change in symptoms after 2-3 sessions.
Sessions are in person (not virtual) and last 50 min. (Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9:00 – 4:00; last session begins at 3:00)
Sessions ideally occur in three to five consecutive weeks for optimal outcomes.
Payment is due day of session, there is a cancellation fee of $100 less than 24 hrs of your appointment

To verify if you will be reimbursed and how much, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:
How much will I be reimbursed for CPT code 90837 with an out-of-network provider?
