How long/where is treatment?

I recommend a minimum of THREE sessions. Most people see a significant change in symptoms after 2-3 sessions.
Sessions are in person (not virtual) and last 50 min. (Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 9:00 – 4:00; last session begins at 3:00)
Office is located at 1505 King St., Alexandria, VA 22314 (near King St. Metro.
Sessions ideally occur in three to five consecutive weeks for optimal outcomes.
Payment is due day of session ($175), there is a cancellation fee of $100 if less than 24 hrs of your appointment

All forms of trauma (military, COVID, medical, labor and delivery and assault)

I will provide you with a 'superbill' to submit to your insurance company.
To verify if you will be reimbursed and how much, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:
How much will I be reimbursed for CPT code 90837 with an out-of-network provider?
